The SMART Options team has been successfully creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the greater Kamloops area for the past 10 years. Currently we are working with more than 50 individuals. We job develop to create partnerships with the business sector of Kamloops to open doors for meaningful employment. We assist and support both adults and youth with developmental disabilities to achieve success in the workplace. Once employment opportunities have been secured we remain involved with all parties to ensure that the job placements are running smoothly for both the employee and the employer. Our staff can help you find the employee best suited for positions within your company.
